[How to use]

[For Instant use]

1. Find the inner coloured liquid bag and crush it.

2. Shake it and mix the solid and liquid inside the bag evenly.

3. Set the cold compress bag into the wrap bag.

4. Cover it on the parts need cold compress such as forehead, eyes, arms, neck, armpits, groin, legs and feet.

[For reusable use](Can be used for maximum 10 times)  

Put the first-used pack which is recovered to common temperature into the refrigerator for about 60 minutes or even longer

if necessary,and can be used after setting it into the wrap bag.
